Registration

Participation in the event requires the payment of a registration fee, which includes access to lectures, practical sessions and PhD session. It also includes lunches and coffee breaks for April 16-20 as well as access to the social events and the gala dinner.
The registration fee is provided in the table below:

Please note that the deadline for early registration is March 1st, 2018. After the deadline, the registration cost will increase to 450 Eur.

Registration procedure

To register for the training school, please complete the Registration Form, perform the respective payment, and send an email to the following email address with both the filled form and a proof of the bank transfer:

The payment of the registration fee can be made via bank transfer only. Please use the following bank account information for your transfer:

Once the payment is received, we will complete your registration and issue an invoice.

Grants

Grants are available to cover the registration fee, housing costs (see below), and local traveling costs in the amount of €550.

To apply for a grant, please fill in the registration form indicating this option accordingly and sent it to us as described above. The payment can be deferred until you received a grant assignment confirmation from us.

These grants will be assigned in a first request first assigned rule, considering a balanced distribution between gender, countries, and institutions. Grants will only be assigned to participants belonging to a COST Member State or Cooperating State (see COST Member States), which includes 37 countries.

Students receiving grants must submit a short paper (4 pages) describing ongoing research (see PhD Session for details).

Special housing prices have been arranged at the Thomas Hostel at €25/night on a shared room. For more details see Accommodation.
